• Status Updates. If you've reached the necessary turnover but your rank hasn't updated yet, don't panic. It usually takes up to five hours for the system to refresh, after which you'll have full access to your new level's rewards.
• AML Compliance. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward money laundering. Any user found engaging in such activities will be immediately banned from the loyalty program, and all accrued bonuses will be revoked by our security team.AML.
